Our thoughts not only determine who we are but also what we can be. We are bombarded by negativity from many sources during our waking hours, so much so, that we accept negative thoughts as the norm and pay little attention to the fact that negativity controls our lives. The first step in changing negative thought to positive thought is to be aware of what we are thinking.

Happiness is something that so many people strive for each day and yet many times it eludes them. Often, they feel that happiness can be theirs if only their situations were different. Have you ever felt like that?

The title of this great Cole Porter song -Night and Day - also describes the sometimes changeable nature of my outlook on life.
We are programmed to do things the hard and difficult way, in order to get what we want. How would it have been if theyยve told us the truth? That life is easy, wonderful. That miracles happen all the time and that we have the power to make them happen in our own life! That the universe loves us. That there is wealth and health for everyone. That we donยt live in a universe of scarcity but of abundance. That we only have to put the right thoughts in our heads to make these dreams real for us.
